Fantastic Four #6 (Marvel, 1962) delivers the first villain team-up in Marvel history: Doctor Doom and the Sub-Mariner joining forces against the FF, by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. It is also one of the earliest Doom appearances, and an early Silver Age Marvel in CGC 8.5 is a strong-census copy of a book most collectors only find in mid grade.
