  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders or special events).

  • Shipping Methods:

    • USPS First Class (for items under 1 lb)

    • USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for larger or high-value orders)

    • FedEx or UPS available upon request for premium shipping

  • Tracking: All orders receive tracking information via email upon shipment.

  • Signature Confirmation: Required for orders over $250.

Shipping Rates

  • $5.95: Raw comics

  • $25: Graded comics

  • Calculated Shipping: Real-time rates for international and expedited options

Secure Packaging

  • All comics are shipped in rigid Gemini mailers with backing boards for maximum protection.

  • CGC-graded books are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed.

  • We treat condition-sensitive collectors with the care they deserve.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Binary Sundown is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days 

  • Photos of damage and packaging are required for claims.

  • We may replace the item (if available) or issue a refund at our discretion.

Delivery Issues & Address Errors

  • Customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete address.

  • Orders returned due to address issues may incur a re-shipping fee.
